Given the rising cost of living many members are facing due to high inflation, we have reduced our membership fees to a five year low to make the club as inclusive as possible.
Membership includes all training sessions, all matches, match day strips, post-match catering, equipment costs, coach hire for long-distance away matches, and pitch and venue maintenance at our new home of Eastfield.
In addition to this, being a paying member of the club gives access to match day opportunities via Newcastle Thunder and Super League, such as Magic Weekend, invitations to team socials, and free player entry to the End of Season Awards.
Players must be paying membership fees and registered with the RFL (a separate registration process) to play and be an OurLeague Active member (a sperate RFL membership fee) to be insured to play.

NEW - RFL'S OUR LEAGUE MEMBERSHIP FEE
All club options listed above exclude the one-off payment for the RFL's Our League Active Membership. This goes directly to the RFL to support the management of the community game and has a number of benefits such as player insurance, monthly prize draws, access to the Live Streaming service and more.
Payment needs to be made directly to the RFL. Further details will be circulated when the portal goes live to pay.
The RFL annual membership fee costs:
Adults - £24
U12-18s (2022/23 school Year 7-13) - £18
U11s (Reception - Year 6) - £12
N.B. You can sign up to pay your fees online at any time. Failure to do so will result in players being unable to play club matches.
"With the benefits of having our own venue come new and higher associated costs. therefore, it is important players sign up to their membership at the start of the season to support the club" said Chairman, Jeff Ball.
"While some like the one of or bi-monthly options, monthly payments continue to be the main way of paying and this change to spreading it over 7 months better reflects the youth season. If a player signs up at the February registration day, their membership will be paid in full by the end of September, this season being slightly shorter with no World Cup.
While we will have to put up fees in future years to reflect rising costs, it does not feel like 2023 is the year to do that.”
